Helping you change your story, change your life through journaling
You’re here because you are ready to change your story and subsequently change your life, I know you can do it because you’re strong and you’re looking for a way to stop the pain.
Perhaps you are searching for the answer to your inner question: What needs to change in my life for me to feel happy and fulfilled again?
If you are like I used to be, to the outside world it seems like you have it all, but on the inside you feel empty, lonely, and tired – tired of pretending that this current challenge or even a past event (breakup, divorce, friend betrayal, job loss, you name it..) has no power over you. Tired of being helpless. Sometimes you cry. Sometimes you yell. Most of the time you keep yourself busy just so you don’t have to deal with the overwhelming emotions. But sometimes you just get quiet. And on these days you just cannot stand this woman in the mirror. You hear this soft inner voice: Who are you? You want her to be strong but she just feels weak. You want her to take the mask off and stop pretending that she’s ok – that she does need any help, that she is fine the way her life is. You look deep into her eyes and you know that it is time for you to stop going through the motions and start living. You know that it is time for “the” change, but you can’t figure out where to start. That is why you are searching for someone to rescue you.
Does it sound familiar?
I left my birth country and growing career in 2011 and moved to the USA, trusting to find more happiness and fulfilment throughout that radical change.
I quickly learned that “wherever I go, there I am, with all of my thoughts, my feelings, my beliefs, my stories, my experiences and perspectives from my entire life”.
I felt lost and scared. All I wanted was to belong, to feel happy, and to be safe. And there I was, a stranger in a strange land with no family, no friends and broken English. It took me a while to realize that my journey was necessary for the transformation I was seeking. The courage to change occurred when I started to journal with my coach. The act of writing in a journal enabled me and my coach to see how my unhealthy thoughts were interfering with my deep desire to be happy. It became clear that I was projecting my old stories into my current life. That is why I could not be happy with my current partner because I was already expecting that he would eventually leave me anyway. The wall of protection that I was building around myself, in reality, was stopping me from allowing the good stuff and great people to come into my life.

My road to transformation was very bumpy but I made it and I know you can too!
My passion for coaching was developed in my early 20’s but I was ignoring that calling for quite a while. I could not define what my passion for helping people really meant. The desire to work with people attracted me into customer service and kept me there for more than a decade. And while I have to admit that sometimes it was a love and hate relationship, I discovered that coaching and customer service have something in common. You just have to love people. Customer service also taught me a very unique skill that I find highly useful with my coaching clients – active listening. Active listening allows me to quickly get the client’s story out and uncover their true needs. Going through personal challenges and working with a professional coach made it clear that coaching others is what I’m drawn to and what brings me the biggest joy. In 2015, after being exposed to coaching through journaling as a client and personally experiencing its power, I decided to study and certify as a mindset coach with the Frame Of Mind Coaching Company. I also studied under names like Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Bernard Burchard and many other influencers in the coaching industry. Before Coaching, I completed my Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
Currently, I am working with my private clients specializing in Transition and Change, whilst consistently growing and evolving myself. I am very dedicated to improving my public speaking skills and following my dream of inspiring women from stages around the world with my flagship program “Courage to Change.” In addition, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, Michael, my three step-sons and our puppy dog, Phoebe. I live happily in beautiful Colorado.
